1. How To Write More
I’m getting spun up, like a roiling boil. All this activity, all these thoughts, all this motion, and all of it so clearly pointless. It’s like the crust of my brain, the outer parts, are all fired up and excited about the work, but the inside, the chewy nougat in the center, is a listless, bored, cynical high school bully, throwing everything out as unimportant and pointless… with total certainty.
As freelancers, our time is worth money.
Each new project requires a certain number of hours, and since our time is limited to 24 hours a day, every minute counts.
One of the ways freelancers figure out how much they should charge for a project, is by estimating the number of hours the project will require, and then multiplying that number of hours by the hourly rate they charge.
To put simply: Time Estimate (x) Hourly Rate = Quote.

Start your business with a lil itty bitty product that is easy to start, finish, easy to ship, and easy to keep selling. Something that doesn’t require server maintenance and security updates. A product that won’t ruin anyone’s life if you take a few days (or weeks) (or months) off.
Perhaps a ebook, course, whitepaper, screencast. Or maybe a code library, workshop, template, theme, workbook, calculator / wizard tool, or microsite.

4. Daily Habits
Some people get more done than others — a lot more. But how? To find out, Kevin Kruse, a keynote speaker on wholehearted leadership and extreme productivity and the author spoke to a lot of people and here are the highlights.
