Need to get a bit more shut-eye?
These resources will help you better understand what affects sleep, why it’s so important for us and how to improve your sleep quality.
You don’t need a hundred-dollar hardware device to track your sleep. These apps use your phone’s accelerometer to track your movement at night and help you to see what’s affecting your sleep quality.
2. Getting Old?
If you are pining for youth I think it produces a stereotypical old man because you only live in memory, you live in a place that doesn’t exist… I think ageing is an extraordinary process whereby you become the person you always should have been. – David Bowie
Nils and Bernie spend their Trello work time in very different places.
Nils is leading small teams of developers while Bernie is with other Freelancers making web content or workshop projects.
No one ever taught us how to use Trello, we just worked it out for ourselves.
The best part about Trello is how it is a blank canvas and you can do what you want, it took us a while to appreciate that, so with this post and the workshops we run in our coworking space we are out to help people “find their Trello voice.”

4. More Freelancing Pro 'Tings'
Freelancing has a lot of upsides:
– You can work in your underwear
– You have more control over your hours and a more flexible schedule
– You have somewhat more control over your earnings
But there are downsides.
The popular narrative is that in freelancing, lifestyle businesses, and entrepreneurship, everyone can make their own way.
If you just try hard enough, you can totally rake in the cash and reap all the benefits of freelancing, without any of the problems of a 9–5. Freelancing for everyone!
(Conveniently, this is usually coming from someone selling you their How to Be a Rockstar Ninja Guru Freelancer course for several hundred dollars.)
5. A Word From Our Fridge*
Some see Collective Impact as nothing new — just partnerships rebadged and rebranded. We would argue that this misses the point.
Collective Impact is not about partnerships between a handful of key institutions sitting in a closed board room but rather about a new architecture for movements of citizens and organisations numbering in the hundreds.
Collective Impact is a fundamentally different social scaling theory that changes everything. Collective impact represents a different politics of change that transcends partnerships between a sample of stakeholders and looks to all-embracingmovements.
