What I am dying to tell you is that we are kicking off our courses here @Workhubs with ‘how to organise (nearly) anything on Trello’ followed by Pitching and Standing Out, even better you can pay for them in Echoes.
What is an Echo?
Like a time bank, only easy to understand. You trade and hour for an hour, we run the courses and you pay a couple of hours and then help someone else out. It is a project supported by those London Legacy people after the 2012 Olympics and has been running a couple of years now connecting big shiny corporates, the Cabinet office and freelancers like you and me. (Economy of Hours)
What are you doing with Echo?
Well, we sent Phil out to teach about pitching and getting your point across as part of the Echo++
Persuading, acquiring and closing customers sounds great for customers unless that customer is you.
Do you want to be “acquired” or “closed”?
Maybe you do.
Values and Why
Here at Work Hubs Philip is always ranting about values and the why. You might think he has watched too many TED talks (haven’t we all?!)
He has taken the difficult step of putting his favourite TED talks into action; we even found him reading some of the books….
So that leads me to workshop number one next week at @Work Hubs…
The @Work Hubs empire has recently adopted Trello and rather than keeping all the good stuff to ourselves we are sharing it.
The Trello workshop is interactive and self organised so you choose which problems you want to solve, apps to use, projects to set up so book on here and ask when you turn up.
In Phil’s workshop, he’ll strip back your business to its core message, which is you and provide you with a unique insight into how to make you stand out.
If you ‘live’ at @Work Hubs this is part of your membership, or you can pay in Echos after you register.
There is no upsell, pitch, collect your business card, join our secret organisation before, during or after these workshops.
